On Saturday August 1nd 2026 the City of Doral Mayor Christi Fraga, Nicole Reinoso Councilwoman of Doral and Rafael Pineyro Councilman of Doral and with the collaboration of School Board member Danny Espino District 5 hosted the Back to School Backpack event.
The Event included free backpacks filled with school supplies, story books, haircuts. Also, there was food from local restaurants, fun activities for everyone, music and entertainment.

Families who register will receive FREE backpacks and school supplies while supplies last.
