Doral is shaken once again by a terrible tragedy. An unidentified person jumped from the balcony of a high-rise building at 5300 Paseo, located at 5300 NW 85th Ave in Downtown Doral. The tragedy occurred at 5:15 pm on Monday, July 13, 2026.
The GBC News team was present minutes before the tragedy and captured the person falling from the third floor to the pavement. They immediately recorded the moment the body landed on the ground. We called Chief of Police Matthew Castillo’s office directly, and his team of officers arrived at the scene in less than three minutes, as reported by the officers, and the investigation is underway.
CSI then entered the building and went directly to the apartment of the deceased to investigate what happened. At this time, there is no further information about the incident.
